Join Emily at Root to Bloom Studio for a guided meditation workshop where we'll be focusing on releasing the stress build-up in your mind and body. You'll be guided to re-center your energy, "close the loop" of stubborn thoughts or to do lists, & walk away feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the summer. This will be a gentle practice, all levels are welcomed and encouraged!
