About the event

We all have unconscious biases. We come by them naturally. They are a result of how our brains work and our experiences in life. The goals of this workshop are to increase our awareness of unconscious bias, to understand the impact of bias in our communities and to learn skills for mitigating bias in our interactions with others. We will use case studies, experiential exercises and discussions to increase our awareness and build skills.
