“Rauhnacht” Guided Somatic Meditation

What will happen during this session

Allow me to be your guide in this quiet, cozy and intimate session, as you get to experience a guided Somatic meditation that will take you out of your head and into your body for a deeper reflective experience with whatever needs to arise for you in this liminal time.

The guided meditation will be interwoven with reflection, journaling, painting or drawing time and a communal sharing circle in which anyone wishing to share will be witnessed in doing so.

Leave with a deep felt sense of peace and calm, a more relaxed body and mind, and with the knowledge that you have just practiced the ultimate self-care, in loving attention to yourself.

What to bring and wear

• Comfortable, warm and loose clothing
• Your own journal if you like.

Bring your own or use what is provided at the studio:

• Materials for drawing
• Blankets, mats, bolsters, eye pillows are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own

Pre-registration and payment would be much appreciated, as there will be limited spaces.

If we are full on the night, I will unfortunately have to turn anyone who has not registered away, so please register early by sending payment to me at paypal.me/JoyinMovement.

Pay as you can afford. The suggested range is $15 to $25.
