About the event

We may know our worth, and our boundaries, and we may know that we need time for ourselves for rest and self-care, but ...

... we just don’t LIVE our worth and our boundaries, and/or

... we just don't take care of ourselves.

This is your chance to do so!

In this meditative, nurturing embodiment session, you will move, rest, and be guided by Sensory Movement Meditations. You will have time for reflection and sharing in a small circle. Journaling and drawing are also invited.

I will share from my "Joyful Breaks Framework for Lasting Self-Care" and my own experience of Somatic practices that nurture self-care and self-love.

This session is experiential in nature. You will be encouraged to come out of your head and into your body.

Come and explore with me how you can find your inner wisdom to know and hold your boundaries, and stand in your authenticity with confidence and with kindness to yourself and to others!

Come away from this session with ***whatever you need to come away with***, including knowing in your body your felt sense), for example:

  • What are the self-limiting "I can'ts" in your life and how you might soften them.
  • How it feels to you to confidently show your authentic self to the world, to embody your worth and your boundaries.
  • How to step forward and “hold your own” when it can seem hard to say NO.
  • How it means to you to stand for your own well-being, and to say: “My self-care comes first."

This is the final session of a 3-part series of explorations in Rest and Self-Care.

However you do NOT need to have attended any previous sessions to attend this one.
